My recent weekend getaway at Hotel Exquisit in Oberstdorf was an absolute delight. the location, on the southern outskirts of Oberstdorf in the Allgaü region of Swabia, provided breathtaking panoramic views of the Allgäu Alps right from the balcony of my lovely and spacious room. the facilities and level of comfort at this luxurious 4-star superior hotel were exceptional. the indoor swimming pool, spa, and fantastic Alpine views created a truly relaxing atmosphere. the gourmet cuisine served in the hotel's restaurant made from regional ingredients was a culinary delight. I particularly enjoyed dining on the sun terrace, which offered a perfect spot to enjoy the surroundings. The attentive service extended beyond the room and restaurant, with the well-stocked bar offering an array of cocktails, wines, and specialty drinks. the presence of free shuttle service at the property made exploring the area convenient. the free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV in each room, along with the additional amenities like bathrobes, slippers, and free toiletries, added to the overall luxurious experience. Hotel Exquisit also offered activities like guided mountain tours, hikes, and cycles as part of their sport program, which was a great way to explore the beautiful surroundings. As a widow with an appreciation for luxury and wellness, this hotel truly catered to my desire for relaxation and pampering.
